I had no idea there was anything decent in that area! I nearly bought a house near to the station back when I was looking. The house was great but the area seemed a bit mank.

I believe it's a relatively recent development... as Ewan says in the review, the area is slowly gentrifiying. I've not spent much time there myself - in fact, I think the only time I've been there was a brief pass-through to photograph the station.
