The winner will most likely be decided today. As you know I'm a Hillary supporter; however, if she fails to get the nomination I will vote for Obama in November.

Well, the delegate split (essentially a tie yesterday) means this will continue a bit longer, though it'll take some major blowouts for Clinton to actually win it. At this point I can imagine a VP deal happening if they can agree on who gets the top.

I'll just be happy when the infighting ends either way, and we can get on to beating McCain.

On the life experience issue, I should also note that Obama has (at least) as much life experience as Bill "The Man From Hope" Clinton did in 1992 (when he was the same age Obama is)

I think it's more government experience than life experience. Bill Clinton had been governor for eight years when he ran for president. No one to my knowledge has made an issue of Obama's age.

But I too will vote for whichever Democrat gets the nomination.

I think it's more government experience than life experience.

Obama has more elected government experience than Hillary Clinton has.

McCain has much more government experience than both.

Obama has more elected government experience than Hillary Clinton has. That's why he's a much better campaigner ( ... )

One other item from Obama's resume that often gets mentioned is that he was editor of the Harvard Law Review.

I think the Universal Health Coverage committee thing is generally more of an embarrassment for Clinton, since it failed so resoundingly. And you didn't mention her Wal-Mart board experience, which also tends to fall into the embarrassing-experience category.

I just came across an interesting article looking at the previous experience vs "greatness" of historical presidents:"Suppose you had to choose between two Presidential candidates, one of whom had spent 20 years in Congress plus had considerable other relevant experience and the other of whom had about half a dozen years in the Illinois state legislature and 2 years in Congress. Which one do you think would make a better President? If you chose #1, congratulations, you picked James Buchanan over Abraham Lincoln."
