Apparently, that woman's Facebook posting about the horrifying conditions at this pound went viral, and Alyssa Milano saw it.  She contacted Ellen DeGeneres, who contacted some people she knows in rescue, and all of the dogs have been removed into veterinary care and then will go into rescue custody and adoptive homes.  Simply wonderful news!
