The only thing I'm finding is a lot of nothing. Well, aside from some article moaning that dental care is being ignored while all of this was going on.
To me, that looks more like a tax on plans that are more than the amounts given, except for standalone plans which are excluded from the tax. Basically more stuff regarding funding the plan than covering my eyes and teeth.
On another note, section 1002 pretty much takes option 3 off the table for me.
It aint so hard to get a job with insurance, I think you'll be fine. You ought to have had the same goal before, since you'd be dropped off your parents' insurance at 24 before.
Well, before I didn't exactly have a deadline such as "do it or we'll fine you." Plus I thought going back to school would have put me back on for a little while (I was actually already off both of my parents' insurances for a year) but they both switched to new plans so that was moot.
