There doesn't -- if I inferred such, it was not my intention. I would not expect all cultures to be similar to my own.

The elves, for example, have no winter at all. Quel'thalas is in a constant state of springtime.

It may not be traditional festival of any kind at all, merely a routine one goes through. Or, perhaps, nothing. I am curious.

I suspect it has something to do with their coveted Sunwell...perhaps Jaina has told you of it?
