So, it's been a pretty bad week so far. Hockey has been uniquely stressful. Our goalie randomly quit on Sunday night. I was so mad, enraged actually. I hate, hate, hate, the way Carls are so involved in so many things that they don't really understand the idea of commitment or the concept of being on a team and working together (see my other rants

No goalie? So sad! Anybody in mind for a replacement? (If you are looking for brand new recruits who have never played hockey but have always wanted to if only the parents could be persuaded that not every hockey player throws out their back like my uncle, drop me an email. :P )

We're always looking for new recruits! Many of our new players haven't ever played in a hockey game! This weekend will be their first! Are you suggesting that you would be interested?

Reading Dan's response below reminds me that, deep down, I know I don't have time for more, especially since I'm going to be doing theater next term. I have time over break, but I suppose that doesn't help. Drat. I would love to try, but I don't want to make a commitment I can't keep. Double drat. :(
