Too much drama

I have come to the conclusion that there is too much drama in my life. I have a wide variety of sources but it also stems from my own involvement in the world. Source 1 is my mother. is there a way you can pull back on your derby out-of-game involvement but still play? You might enjoy your time there more if it is only while you are there, and then it can be fun again. And give you more time for family and friends

I think that is what I will try and do. The other thing I shall try and do is ensure that I have give myself a few training sessions off a month. Given that they are on Fridays and Sundays which are peak seeing friends days I think that might help too.

It is difficult when your enthusiasm has got you in too deep with something, and you just need to escape. I got that way with fencing, even though I wasn't as involved as you are with derby. But you just want some of those times back to yourself. I wanted my Saturday mornings back!

Detoxing from things is awesome :) And removing facebook from my phone was one of the best things I ever did!! Good for you!
