*dies and comes back to life four times* These are perfect. Each of them has its own mood, and its own style, and we get both who they are, that they are *also* Robin, *why* they are Robin... and why they are so... trying to Batman.
Dude, thanks for that! I'm glad it's obvious who I meant, especially with that last one. And I'm now contemplating what it'd take to give drabbles about a Slade Robin & an Impulse Robin the same mood, without going for outright crackfic. :D
and why they are so... trying to Batman. I think that's part of Robin's job description, really. (It's in the secret oath that Bruce doesn't know about. No one's told Tim yet because they thought he already knew.)
uh, that is Faith, yeah? I kinda can't see Buffy there Haha, um. Yes. It is. Although Batman is a creature of the night, I don't think he's quite old enough for Buffy's tastes.
I miss that Bart, too! I mean, it's not like I could ever not love Bart, even if he's seriously mopey, but reading his book right now is kind of like watching a good friend going through a family death.
I get the Tim love. If it weren't for Steph and Bart and. Er. Well. He'd totally be in my top five in any other fandom! Anyone I can reasonably see hiring Batman a new Robin (especially a Deathstroke Robin!) is OK with me. :D
Dude, I think Steph wants to fight you on that! :D But Bart would single-handedly change Gotham. All of the criminals would be too busy loving on him to shoot.
I'm sorry, I had all these intelligent comments lined up, but then I thought of Clark in chainmail panties - and then, Slade in chainmail panties - and my brain exploded.
Totally understandable. But Clark would be so cute! And it's not like it's all that different from his current costume! Also, his mum's into sewing up revealing outfits these days, isn't she? :D
