I wasn't delusional about that China trip, there's some Tian and Hai involved! XD

So here comes the drama. And is interesting the way Sanada hanged with Yukimura's disease. He grew out a shell to stop feeling. ;___;

This Sanada-Tezuka final game was made of awesome, because not only was the Nationals title in game and still, you made it as stressfull as it was.
And we were able to see why Yukimura was a beloved an admired buchou, taking are of their lovechild team.

Now into the end, you really portrayed the desperation for each other, but still the ackwardness of the first time. And who tops from the bottom. XD

A++, Allison.

Thank you very much. :D

Eheh. There was much Tian and Flying High involved. Hell, from Niou and Yagyuu POV, there was probably adventures with dirty Chinese Oolong Tea men too...;)

(But the fact Sanada and Yanagi went to China is pure canon. There's a pic in 40.5 of them and oh! How miserable Sanada looks! Bless him! ;)

Told you Urayama would show up. Each and every. single. fic. I promise. >:D

Thank you so much, Maye! I'm glad you enjoyed this, lovechild and Tian and Tezuka and all!

Oh, Al. I have such a soft place in my heart for your Sanada. ♥ I actually read this twice yesterday since I was at work and irritatingly distracted. I think I smiled pretty much throughout - until Yukimura collapsed. Then I went all wibbly and watery-spaniel-eyes. ;___;

I really, really loved this - what a great first love story. I have to say that Niou was verra hot in this. SKILLS, BABY. You gots such mad skillz. <3 I was thrilled to see Akaya's bugs and that little shotadream make an appearance, too.

I'm glad I printed it out, I'll want to read it again later.

Pix, I am so glad that you enjoyed this. *offers kleenex for your spaniel eyes*

If Niou was hot, mission accomplished! Swear to god he wasn't supposed to creep in as much as he did, but...it happened. As did Akaya's bugs. Although Urayama and his swirly tuft hair was purely deliberate.

Thank you so very much! I hope your printer didn't spill too much ink printing this off...

CRAP I lost my first comment! >:( Lemme try again.

Allison, I'm in love with this story. I love your characterizations of them. Yukimura is intense and thoughtless like a 14 year old is, and Sanada is gruff and in love. I love the imperfect sex they have because it's clear it will only get better. I love the way you draw them so seamlessly into canon.

This is such a lovely story, Allison! *sighs with happiness*

Oh, the China trip! I couldn't stop laughing at the Niou vs. Sanada in that, as well as Sanada's gastrointestinal troubles. Though it did make me wonder why he didn't just switch to eating rice for the trip or something. And his mother definitely knew about his delicate stomach when she packed his bag!

You're always my dumplingNiou is so right about this message. Then again, he's what, 14? Sounds about right for the level of romantic sophistication ( ... )

Eheh- Sanada probably denies the dumpling message for years, but...it was too lame not to include in this fic.

Hm- no, I think I've had Sanada topping before. Maybe about 40% of the time in my fics he does. Like the Christmas fic and other drabble-y bits. But you're right Yukimura does seem to take things further. Maybe because Sanada is so repressed he has a hard time...letting things go all the way?

Thank you so very much for the lovely comment! It really means a lot to me to hear your thoughts and kind words. :)

*woah* I was really caught by surprise by the change of mood and pace and character of Sanada after Yukimura's collapse. I mean - it's perfectly reasonable and true to canon - or even better than canon, because it strings the bits we got together and makes them believable! It's a story I know by heart, but you worked out a great pacing here and totally surprised me - exactly like Sanada must have been.

I can't believe you managed to work in the Letters from Sanada XDDDDD~
On top of that totally believably!! XDDDDDDD~

Wahhh... listening to their Best Actor CD while reading this - bad idea ...*cries*
I was fed up with hospital!Yukimura for a while, but this... I don't know if something this sad should be called beautiful, but it is, very much so!

It's also interesting to see a Sanada who originally hadn't the drive to aim for the Nationals. He just joined in to assist Yukimura (and Yanagi) and sets it as his own goal only until Yukimura can't reach it on his own.

He tries to open his mouth to speak and say no, ( ... )

The Letters from Sanada could not be left out. They are too precious. And by precious, I mean "lametastically dorky" ;)

Aw, thank you so much, J! I'm so glad you enjoyed this fic (although personally I think Denouement is the best fic of this pairing I've done, but that's just me).

SanaYuki...I use the term interchangeably all the time. I know some people are really specific listing seme/uke, but I get lazy...their names do combine together nicely, though, don't they? ;)
