♥ for not having them immediately suck each other off in first grade, the Sanada vs Tezuka match (brilliance), Chitose from Shishigaku, Renji's huge feet, brilliantly awkward sex, Niou's insight prowess, Renji fapping, and Sanadork and his letters! :D Haha, and as always, I love all the text messaging.

There were moments where, despite the Sanada POV, it read like... Sanada/Yukimura POV? Does this make any sense? Maybe it was just them training Kirihara, them having mushroom shumai in the fridge, that made me feel like it was really about the both of them together in it all, a unit, as opposed to Sanada and his first love, I don't know... But at times it read like, despite all the separation sometimes (Yukimura's illness and his stay at the hopsital, the Tezuka match, the trip to China), they were really a unit, and those were my favourite moments. Heh, yeah... this probably doesn't make much sense.

Am so glad that the Renji fapping and Niou worked for you. I worried a bit about the random Renji bit being...well, not well received, though the thought of him being a teenager amused me, for one.

Yes, I get what you mean. Actually, I'd intended for the entire fic to be about Sanada and Yukimura's relationship and only have scenes about both of them, but then it turned into a more Sanada-focused fic, so perhaps that is why.

Renji's gotta do something about those damn bugs. Eheh >;)

On the third night, the door slides open. Sanada's chin had been resting on his knees. His thighs were asleep. His cap is on the floor beside his backpack.

A slipper toes his arm. Sanada blinks.

"You smell," Yukimura says. When he crouches down beside Sanada and touches his cheek, Sanada starts to cry.

"You're my strength, Sanada" Yukimura says.

"I'm scared," he murmurs.
This made me wibble. Along with the part where Sanada was waiting outside of Yukimura's room. <3<3 So cute together.
