My volume buttons work fine Maren, + up, - down, are you tapping it a couple times? Because it goes up or down to the next little bar after you hit it 3 or 4 times. My music plays fine (I use winamp) no bouncing or nothing.
My only problem with it lately is that I can't get google to load for me or if I can I can't get gmail or streaming video sites like youtube won't work randomly but that's only been for the last 4 days and I've had the laptop since May. I'm thinking it's a problem with my router and or ISP but I don't know yet.
