For wintertime, do you have a shuttle service that takes you around campus? I just recently discovered that the one we have here at USF works, and works well. No more walking, sweat-drenched and utterly miserable, to the other side of campus!

We do have a shuttle bus, but as far as I know it only takes people down to the parking lot on the other side of campus (about a mile away) and back. It would be really nice if we did have one, though. Even a quarter mile in the winter is unpleasent.
