One more for the road, because it is fantastic and not only did I totally just happily donated another 18 hours of my life to reading it in one fell-swoop (okay, so there was about a 7 hour break in there when I, you know, went to bed and slept for the night, but that's still more than 10 hours of reading awesomeness!), but I have also saved it as

It really, really was. I am going to have a very, very hard time sticking to my "do not reread for at least one year" rule on this one.

Huh! I hadn't thought of doing that. Why do you keep such a rule?

Keeps the story "new", kind of. If I have a year to forget all that happened, it's almost like I'm reading it for the first time. Not quite, obviously, because there is only ever one first time. ;) But even if I know where the story will end up, there are all these little things between the beginning and the end that I sort of forget about until I read them again, and that make it just as fun to read as it was the first time. :) I have the same rule for books I really enjoy - there is this one series I've read at least 10 times over the years (I first read it when I was 13), but I still notice something "new" each time I read it.
