I ran in a 5k race last weekend and came in 20th overall, 1st in my age group. My lungs hurt something aweful for a few days afterward, though; was coughing up some major phlem. All that cold air, I guess. I won a free watch, though, which was cool and it really made me pick up my pace a bit. Went running again this morning and was able to push
