Ideas on Chicago sublets?

One of my roommates, Mike-the-opera-singer, is going to be singing at the Lyric Opera, October-ish through mid-December. He's looking for a sublet, preferably furnished, someplace where there's parking. I've never looked for a sublet, so I really don't have much of a clue... Any suggestions on where to look for one?
