I'm such a big sap, so I don't know if it'll mean much, but I cried. I still am. Cancer is so painful...I just, I totally related to this whole story and how bitter, but sweet it was at the same time. I loved it.

Mind you, there were some grammatical errors, and some in structure too, but nothing a skilled beta couldn't fix for you. I want to say that this needed spacing, but even I can't see how it could be divided into paragraphs, without breaking the flow you get from reading it straight through.

The last line was perfect. He wants to do it all over again, even if the result is the same. He'd go through the pain of losing Iruka the same way, if only to spend that much more time with him. It's selfish of him, but it's so beautiful at the same time.
