This is so moody and beautiful. I love, love the music and the tailor's connection to Martha and vague indifference toward the Doctor like he's heard it all before...

Every line of this is simply lovely, but this:

He works at a bespoke tailor because patterns, in all their intricate familiarity and with the passing of time into oblivion, have lost their appeal.

Is my absolute favorite.
