Yay!

I'm sleepy from a long weekend, but I couldn't wait to find my story, and I couldn't be more pleased that this is it!! I might have to come back later to leave proper feedback, but I wanted to let you know that I loved it. I was pleasantly surprised to see this as the story remixed, because it's one I forget that I wrote but that I still like a lot, and this way I get to enjoy it twice as much. :)

I *love* the invention and use of Fred and George here, and Harry seems so much more, well, boy-like and like a teenager in this than the original -- maybe because it's outside of his head it's easier to see how vulnerable he is? Like he's not right there making excuses? :) Anyway, you probably think that's nuts, but I really liked Harry's characterization here and Ginny, of course, is marvelous.

This was lots of fun, and it was great to see Harry backed into a corner by Ginny - his fears are not groundless, but she is quite right that the war is not about him. And the opening and closing conversations with the twins and Ginny were terrific!

The knitting and the remix title and the play on together, it's really all more than a person can bare! It's all round fabulous, I can't stand how amazing your Fred and George are and Ginny is a Weasley through and through. Tonally perfect and a remix in the best, truest sense of the world. I really enjoyed this, thank you for writing it!! :)
