Again with the trim
Something has gone off in me and it is good. Maybe it's the fact that I took an apprentice and now I feel I have to live up to someone's expectations. I know I need to do that for myself ,but having someone nudge you along, even if they do not know it, I think will inspire me. Which is why I am putting my neckline trim on by hand. Medal
WK did it..the whole SAT test. Made it thru, did not get kicked out. Also won in basketball . His coach said he was best improved,so Saturday was an overall good day. Monday he comes home with a medal from Hillsborough Talent Identification program. He wore it to school today.. We are so proud of him ( Read more... ) -

The Boxes
Even though having the boxes unpacked reeks havoc in the house, less of the stuff is staying which makes it good.My nephew is doing a good job sorting the stuff so that I can sort further. Today we will tackle the job further. -
My ever changing neighborhood

I feel renewed/Gulf Wars 19
I went to Gulf Wars this year . I had not been in 3 years, not since Martin and Islay were on the Throne. I thought that visit was one of the best experiences I had ever had in the SCA. I have to say that all of my long time friends have better than average intelligence, empathy, and a great sense of humor. They are either laughing at me or me laughing at them because life is to full of crap that if you didn't laugh your brain would burst.
