"Bit more important than just an everyday walkie talkie." Ace said automatically, pulling the walkie talkie out of her pocket and speaking into it.

It took her a moment before she recognised the voice on the other end. "Liam...is that you?" Why would he be called into this mess to help out?

"Dorothy?" Liam was beyond surprised to hear his sister's voice. "What... where... are you back?" A smile spread across his face as he thought about her homecoming. "Blimey, this is an odd way to tell me."

Ace rolled her eyes at the use of her real name, "well...I guess you could say that...for the moment anyway." She paused for a moment, "yeah, sorry about that lil bro. Got a fair few things I need to tell you as well...first of which is now you've got that, you're meant to be helping us save the universe..."

Liam could practically see Ace's eyes rolling. He laughed a little. But then she said something about saving the universe, and he stopped laughing. "What? No, no. I told you I can't handle that sort of life, and I really can't. Once was enough. I just want to go to uni, become a Vicar, and help people that way. I can't really... I'm not cut out for saving the world, McShane."
