still the same. as far as I know, I am not sure, I have heard rumor of others leaving, but no definiate.

I have tried that before, I can't seem to get it to work for some reason, now we know why Devan isn't a computer progammer lol

Being on staff on another con where similar shitstorms go on occasionally, I can't say I approve of pulling it out publically, but I can understand the anger and frustration. Poor Amy!

There is just so much hypocrisy and backstabbing that went on with folks I felt with my friends. They never returned my calls. I asked if we could discuss it further, but I was willing to wait because the con chair was having ankle surgery, and then they fire me without talking to me.

Short summary -- my staff overheard MH say he was going to put his mighty boot up my ass. I asked for an apology. I had to apologize to another person because they were oversensitive over a business deal. I apologized. But nobody defended me when MH was being a jerk.

Then I got angry.

Then I was told how unreasonable I was.

I had no recourse, no one would even try to talk with me. If you read the the emails, I was being level headed and respectful. And I was abandoned by those I love.

So, yeah, I knew it was stinky for putting out there publicly, but I had to know if I was going crazy. I worked so hard to bring cosplayers respect in the eyes of the staffers.

This was 12 years of my life.

It just burns.

...yea. About that? You should really stop trolling people's journal. Especially if you are a member of the A-kon staff. It's cute that you're hiding behind an anonymous tag and all, but you see.. this is a test post to make sure the logging of the IP addresses from Anonymous posters is still working.
