I never got around to posting my thoughts on the end of Kobato. I read the chapter a few days ago so I'm just going by what I remember.

1) woah kobato ended? and 2) JFC CAN THEN FINISH X YET?

As much as it would thrill me if X was continued now, I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon. Part of the plot involved earthquakes being used to destroy the world and after what happened to Japan in March, I think they're going to be keeping away from that topic for the time being.

No one ever complains about New York being destroyed in movies. *sigh* They've ever made movies about the exact events too.
