It really just accrued to me how much I'm going to miss Tsubasa once it's over. It's not my favourite series but it's been a part of my life for so many years it's going to be odd in a few weeks when there is no more. There's a lot of people like that who read CLAMP. It's weird because there's so many manga out there that don't deal with gay characters. Yet, they'll read CLAMP instead and try to deny things like Tomoyo, Yukito/Touya, Subaru/Seishirou, etc.

- I miss the sane Kuro/Fay fans so much. They actually made me want to read Kuro/Fay fics/ship it.

- Duuude I remember TC.net! I'd signed up (I'd been lurking previously) and not long after that it closed.

- Kazemon...that name sounds familiar. Doesn't he make TRC AMVs on Youtube?

- ...Su-chan. Oh god, that girl. She'd probably hate me intensely, so I stayed the hell away from her.

I think Kazemon *did* make AMVs on Youtube. I seem to remember something like that (although I never watched them).

Su-chan hated anyone who didn't fangirl her. She was pretty normal in the beginning and was actually fun to talk too but she started getting a following when she posted spoilers each week and it really went to her head.

Yup. Prior to TRC the only thing I knew about CLAMP was that CCS had a really bad dub. After stopping during the Piffle arc, I went back and read most of their other work (there's just the odd short thing that I've hadn't read).

Ugh, you just made me remember all of the stupid that was in this fandom that I had forgotten. That is the one aspect I won't miss, but you're right about the friends.

That's why I think it was a bit of a relief when TC.net closed, because I didn't have to deal with the majority of the stupid anymore. On LJ I can just hide away unless I want too.
