i had my first migraine last night. needless to say...it sucked. it woke me up around five this morning and i took some aspirin and some other stuff but it didn't help. i almost threw up twice but no one had ever told me that nausea came with migraines so i didn't know that was what i was having. i was so ticked off too b/c I was sleeping so

Hey hun... nausea comes with migraines. If you start getting them a lot... get some Amerge it works for me... also throwing up makes them go away... I am a migraine expert...

haha i needed one last night. i'm just thankful thats all it was b/c I thought I was coming down with the flu and that was the last thing I wanted.

Therma Flu is a good thing to knock out flus. Specially the night stuff. Though it knocks you out like.... fast!

i HATE migraines, i get sick with mine too, yet again i get sick with everything, even my sinus makes me puke and that's the worst ever.
sorry about your dad, i just found out that my uncle has this rare blood cancer...1 outta 1 000 000 get it. And being in canada it's going to be a ruff ride.
your dad sounds strong, playing gold after 3 weeks... maybe if your just like him, you'll be strong too:)

i have trouble with my sinus also and living in the south doesn't tend to help much. take care.

haha yeah, sinus's suck, but my uncle's gonna be ok.
riley is just a pain in the ass btw, used to be something ages ago but now he's honestly just a pain..you'll prolly realize that.

migranes are no ones best friend, that is all i have to say.
and to comment above how you said you have problems with your sinus' in the south doesnt really matter, i live in the north and i still have sinus problems
