i might as well be dead. i can't do it anymore. each day gets worse than the one before it, and i can only see this happening indefinitely. and it leads me to panic beyond panic that wont stop. i feel like i've just had my mind electrocuted for the last three months straight, living in horror that i don't even have memory of.
