What's it about?

In Draconian Realms you play a young dragonrider knight who's patrol is ambushed by an evil sorcerer. Your entire wing is destroyed and you, the sole survivor, are blown far, far off course to a wild land where the dragons don't recognize you as a dragonrider, save for your personal mount, and you need to find your way back to save the realm from the evil sorcerer's plan to conquer the world.

Well, that's the single player story. The graphics are gorgeous and you can customize your character and dragon mount. The multiplayer function is just a bunch of quests in the setting where you party together to create up to a full wing of dragons - that's six - and go on various quests that require you work together to beat.

Huh. Doesn't sound like the most original of stories, but... I guess I've heard worse. Oh well, I guess having a dragon in a game'll make up for the bogus rumor from last month. [yeah, she's still hung up on that.]

There's no catch or anything, is there?

It's hard to find original story lines, ze. But there aren't many games out there that make a big aspect of the game controlling the mount in the air. Most of them use mounts as just point to point transfer without any course alterations.
