What do you run? I've got both Windows and Mac discs and can make it run on Linux systems with no issues.

The developers designed it for Microsoft systems, so it'll have the best performance on a Windows box without the need for tweaking.

Well, my laptop has the latest version of Ubuntu on it. Almost 3 GB memory, most-recent version of Wine, and a lot of extra space on the HD.

The controls; keyboard and mouse, or is there gamepad support? It'll be weird if I have to use this thing's touchpad...

Gamepad works, though if you have a USB mouse, I'd personally go with that over the gamepad. I think it's smoother with the keyboard.

I don't remember if I brought one with me this time or not, give me a minute to check...

[She drops out of her webcam's view and does exactly that, checking through her bag and in a few other spots in the room where she left some of her things. When she's in view again, she's holding up a wireless optical mouse and the dongle that belongs to it.]
