Well, the sellers have agreed to fix the two major concerns and one of the less major but still keeping me up at night issues :) settlement will be on July 20th and every day after that for the rest of my life I will be poor! But I will have a house which I think is a good trade off :) Now I can sleep... if only I had time... :)

My brain is full, it will not hold any more info, it has officially given up! and I have a 3 hour yoga teacher training class in an hour... My stepfathers mom passed away friday morning, which in my opinion is good, because her quality of life was really awful recently, but its had the annoying effect of diminishing the new house excitement.... so ( Read more... )

Ok, so the horsham rd. house went off the market AGAIN which is annoying, and then we looked at 3 housed on saturday, we liked 2 and we made an offer on one, and now i want to throw up... There are at least 2 other offers and they are going to make their decision today so we'll find out sometime this evening whether we get the house... either way i ( Read more... )

Ok so house #1 was a total piece of sh*t. Even if they find someone dumb enough to buy it, it won't pass inspection.... the enclosed porch needed to be torn off, the kitchen was UGLY and small and the baby's room had no closet and the door to the basement....
