This whole trip, from start to finish, started back in November when I posted a relatively simple request in shamone_mj : "I need to go to Forest Lawn, and I don't want to go alone." I'm the kind of person that needs to see things for themselves, and Michael's resting place is no exception.

oh there will definitely be one next year, believe you me!! AND IT WOULD BE AWESOME TO SEE YOU! We were uber-bummed that you weren't able to come this year :(

Aww, I love this! Your commentary is amazing. And reminds me that I really, really do need to get my ass in gear for the Shamone post, dammit. Soon, I promise, very soon! In the meantime, this is so nice to go and look back on. ♥

Aww thank you! I'm glad you liked it. Seriously, I've never done such a huge post before, ever. It was exhausting! And I have two or three more to do...but I think they will be smaller.

And OMG that Jill's photo of us sitting on the fence! Do you have a bigger version of it? I want to print it out. It's so nice, with the sun and everything.

I KNOW! It's so awesome! It's one of my favorites from the whole trip, and I think it really captures everything about LoL. Sadly, that's all the bigger it came out to be when she sent me the zip file. I'm not on my own computer right now but before the weekend is over I can definitely send you the file she sent me.
