There is something ebing done about the murders, no matter how small it is, given the cirsumstances. Although I am not among the police force, my own investigation and cooperation with them has been moving forward recently.
However, since you have brought it up. The results haven't been disclosed, unless I missed something? So that's the same as nothing to people who weren't involved. It's how it is about everything that requires planning which is unfair and you got my sympathies. It stinks and hurts.
I have no doubt many members of the police or third parties are making their best efforts to catch the culprits, but those who aren't within the circle would only notice the permanent silence.
Unfortunately, there's not a lot of progress that is conclusive in any way. It doesn't help that, as you have mentioned, there are no proper channels to keep everything organized.
It would be worse to point fingers at innocent people than to work in the shadows.
On another matter, I suppose a great country would be one that allows all of its citizens to live in peace. True peace and understanding, not one that is false and veiled. The amount of money a country has is unimportant compared to the citizens' safety.
I'm not really qualified to judge what makes a country good or not. If I had to say, isn't it usually a country's leadership that makes it a good or a bad place to live?
The City's not too bad, though, except for the ticking. Even the curses are just temporary.
Not that I can make any excuses for the police force right now.
Yeah. But the leaders are people, too, they don't have all the answers. Sometimes they have to learn from their subjects to know what kind of country is better for everyone.
I guess you're right. I never suffered the "ticking", but I heard it's pretty unbearable for those who had the misfortune. Are you living on your own, Squall?
Yeah, you're right. That's why I say I'm not qualified to judge. Leading an organization's hard enough; I wouldn't even want to try figuring out how to lead a whole country.
I only know that a place where people understand each other is what consists a good place to live in. And perhaps, Princess Marina Ismail, back in our world, will make her country a great one through passing on that understanding to her countrymen.
Marina Ismail is the First Princess of the Azadistan Monarchy. Azadistan had absorbed my birth country after the war between them. Despite that, it... would be nice to live in such a place.
