Back from vacation - failed beer school

We spent several days in the Virginia area. One day was at Busch Gardens. They have a "Beer School" for adults over 21 to learn how beer is made and what is in it and some of the differences

"to the point when taste is destroyed." Shouldn’t that the goal? Cause in my opinion Beer is icky. I would have failed to since I haven't had a beer in over 10 years. Not that I'm against drinking, I just think beer is gross.

I liked it during my stressful last year of grad school but now it's just gross. I think how people start to become alcoholics, when you need it (stress and anxiety in my case)your body likes it.

Wine is the same now, too, unfortunately. All of a sudden I am having a hard time finding something I like.

Mixed drinks are never a problem though.
