Got my interview and I am not sure if it's a good thing or bad thing that I am probably one of the last interviews for the consolate. Interviews are from Wednesday, February 18th to Monday, February 23rd and my interview is at 4:20 Monday afternoon. The interview is 15 minutes. 15 minutes? That isn't alot of time for an interview. Dang.... my interview was in Detroit which is a 5 hour drive from my hometown and it was about 3 hours from my university... plus seriously who wants to hang out in Detroit? At least, I don't >__<... I had to change into a suit in the backseat of a car in a parking garage. I would have rather taken a train any day.

I just find it odd to go through all this just for 15 minutes. If things work out, it will all be worth it, right?

I actually like Boston alot and enjoy my time in the city. South Station is near chinatown as well so I can get some good eats afterwards. Will need something good for that. Maybe when I get home, crack open some sake I got in Japan for good luck. If not then, I will definately crack it open if I land a position.

Never been to Boston but I'm sure it's a lot nicer than Detroit.... ever since the auto industry went bad Detroit has been a pretty dirty and dangerous place to visit. I guess that's just my opinion. I'm from the west side of MI and I think the east side is all dirty heh.
