Ugh..... less than a week 'til the end of amplificathon, and part of me's like, "Yay! Excitement! Awesome stories!", and the rest of me's like, "When will this end? It's dragging on forever...." - so, I apologize if these listen-to-my-podfic-here's-why recs are less than my usual peppy standard.

TRUE STORY: I have, for YEARS, had what I call my "Badger Is A Douche" Theory. It goes as follows: "If Mark Sheppard is a guest star/recurring character in a show, he will play a douchebag. Not necessarily either a good or bad guy, but always a douchebag."

My evidence:

Firefly - Badger (duh.)
Fastlane - underworld dealer of some type, possibly a pimp? (cannot remember specifics)
Middleman - the slightly sleazy head honcho of a huge corporation
Battlestar Galactica - an ethically questionable kleptomaniac lawyer
Dollhouse - the FBI agent who gets Ballard suspended
White Collar - "The Flying Dutchman" (the forger they're chasing in the pilot)
CSI - okay, I'm pretty sure THIS is the one where he's a Russian pimp
Leverage - Sterling, the insurance investigator/Interpol agent who is Nate's MORTAL ENEMY zomg and continually screws up the team's plans when he shows up
Chuck - director of The Ring, the ZOMG EVIL ORGANIZATION!!!
Supernatural - Crowley
