AMP14 - Day Twenty-Two
Today is Captain America day! (Well, okay, it's not actually Captain America day until tomorrow, for me.... but CA2 opens today, so it counts.) Which means, of course, a Captain America-related podfic.
Captain America, Bucky, and Buffy, to be precise.
barefoot, written by pprfaith, is a Buffy-Avengers crossover set in a nebulous time post-CA2, where Bucky is the Winter Soldier is Buffy's Beau is Steve's Special Someone. There are Steve feelings! Buffy's-terrible-relationship-history feelings! Bucky's-amnesia feelings! This story had romance and heartbreak, reunions and departures, metaphors and similes. And then everything gets resolved in the best possible manner: THREESOME OF LOVE AND FEELINGS.
(My personal philosophy is that all stories ever can benefit from a THREESOME OF LOVE AND FEELINGS. Just so you know.)
