And ITA about Partners. Well, I've sat through both episodes, but man, it's bad. You can tell by the straight couple kissing in ep 1 and not the gay one :( I mean, I like Michale Urie, but I think his BF on the show is very awkward and the two of them have absolutely no chemistry. How pathetic for the creators that ten years after Will and Grace, after QAF, Klaine and all the lovely (more or less) gay couples on daytime TV they are still in exactly the same place as they were with Will and Jack. :(
*high-fives* Heck, yeah! And even better when it's good news. I'm so excited we're definitely getting a full season. *bounces* And that the news came so early! Now the writers can go nuts with plans they mighta had instead of worrying.
Word. The no-chemistry thing is what put me off too. Like, I'm supposed to believe these two have been BFFs since childhood? :| It really is sad that there's been no progress for those two as writers/producers/creators. I can't imagine how frustrated they must be. The New Normal isn't perfect, but what it does have is a loving, affectionate gay couple that feels real.
