One of the cabins in our summer neighborhood is for sale. It's an absolutely stunning little house, and is at least as nice in person as the photos make it look. I totally love this cabin! It happens. There was at least one historic mansion on the south side of Chicago that sold for a dollar, provided the new owner was willing to transport it to another site.

Yes, but you don't have to move this cabin. You just have to maintain the lease.
