Ra is helping me proof Lucero's focus while doing weave pole training.

And just to edit for clarity - Ra was the one running after Lucero first before Lucero chased him. He likes to hide in the tunnel, which sometimes is not such a good idea when a dog goes flying through the tunnel ;)

Last night, Travis and I had chicken for dinner (thank goodness he can cook!). So I pulled off a little piece and gave it to Mr. Lovebug to see what he thought. Oh my gosh, he went crazy! I braved the roads despite canceling classes last night to work the boys. They were as stir-crazy as I was! It was awesome. We started with some jump training for Lucero. It was very lonely practicing without Yankee last night. In fact, I'm definitely going through withdrawals of my little heart dog. Beam is trying to make up for it by giving me many opportunities to pet him and Lu is smothering me in kisses, but I miss my girl. So I'm on my shaping binge, and since Brandy came home with me, the least I can do in exchange for them getting Yankee to come into season is to send her home with some shaping behaviors :)
