Today was a bank holiday here, so to celebrate not being at work, I made this recipe for white chocolate and raspberry blondies. I've got a recipe for very simliar blondies - possibly by Nigella Lawson. I haven't tried backing them yet, though come to think of it, I did make vanilla and raspberry loaf and mini muffins a few weeks ago, to take on holiday with friends.

They got eaten up all right. Yours looks very tasty too. Perhaps I'll have a go when I feel up to doing some baking again.
