Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet

Today was a bank holiday here, so to celebrate not being at work, I made this recipe for white chocolate and raspberry blondies. Compared to the artful diagonal lines of dribbled chocolate that decorate the original version, I fear my attempt looks a bit like a Jackson Pollock painting of some ducks having an orgy. However, it was pretty easy to make and tastes utterly delicious!
