We got our power back yesterday. Yay for lights, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. I will write more later.

Brian is now home from the hospital. He is doing well. We still have no power and are living off the generator. Keep your fingers crossed for power for us tomorrow. I am using the work computer to send this off. I would just like to have my life back.

This is our third day without power. Brian is still in the hospital. We had to cancel the Derry party first time ever. No flushing toilets or heat do not make a great party unless it is Pennsic. Last night, B said he was not feeling well. He laid done and felt a little better and tried to fall asleep. At 3pm I wake up to see him getting dressed. He decided to go to the ER, I offered to drive, but he said he could do it himself. Woke up this morning to no Brian. I called the ER and they got B for me. I went to see Amanda Palmer at the Paradise. It was fun to get out of the house. Their was a full band playing music outside when you got to the venue. Her opening act was good they were called Builder and Butchers. The concert was awesome. It was fun to see her live again. The eternal girl question. Tomorrow I go out to a live show of Amanda Palmer at the Paradise. It is a girls night out which I have done in a long time. I have been poor and busy with wedding crap or house stuff. I would like to dress up. I have no idea what to wear. It is fun to look pretty and not just melt into the back ground. I went to a dress shop and talked to a seamstress. She thinks she can fix my dress to fit me better. I just need a new bra and the shoes I am wearing to my wedding. I have ordered both and once they get in, I can go get fitted. I feel a lot better about it. They even said they can lower the neckline a little. It seemed to high for me ( Read more... )
