this promises to be an exciting month, but there will probably be some difficult and awkward moments as well. if only the show can go on based on the decision of two people. but alas, we are entangled in tight social webs and traditions that we cannot run away from. this will be a long lesson of respecting differences, learning to compromise,

it's a challenge to remember mid autumn festival when 1. there only reminders of it are the weekly trips to the chinese grocer's, and (more importantly) 2. you're swamped in tests and endless homework. haha.

but still, i wouldn't mind trading places with you for the shopping malls and lanterns and chinatown even if only for a day! haha.

come on, no need next year. Great Eastern Women 10K run 29th Oct. There's a 5km fun run!! I can't even do my 5km yet, so you can be my inspiration:P I got discount. Tell me if you are on!

i saw the banners! i don't mind the 5km one actually, but will we actually get enough space to run? am just afraid it becomes like a walkathon because of the crowds.
