I had a slight 'squee' moment when you mentioned Absolutely Fabulous! There are so many characters in there that I adored!! Your co-worker is awesome!
Ooh! Getting a credited qualification is a brilliant idea! [note to self: stop using so many flipping exclamation marks.] And the daily wordage goal is also very worthy. I unintentionally did that one, and found it a good exercise.
Also, 'thumbs up' for your boss. There aren't many about like that!
