Happy Valentines Day everybody. I have found the perfect gift for all occasions. Purple Headed Throbbing Machine, I have spent all evening with mine. They are nutritious and taste great. I have been thinking of how wonderful those windy fall days are. I love Autumn it is my favorite season. I bought the book Natural Cures "They don't want you to know about." Wonderful I have been eating only organic food for a 10 days now I feel better lost 11 pounds and I am shitting like a champ. Hope everyone is happy, healthy and full of love.

Well it has been a long time. Not alot going on this way , I am thinking of selling my life to soap opera because that is what it feels like. I will try to visit and keep in touch better this summer. Love.

Saturday was 8 years without the man. I have been very cold and distant from those around me here lately and in some strange way. I am content with that. I know time heals but that is bullshit one word or memory takes you back to square one in a second.
