People, I am officially a high school teacher.  Had my first two classes today - I am a part-time Theatre History teacher for a local performing arts high school that operates within a regular high school.  This job came out of nowhere in the last two weeks, and I'm more than a little freaked out since the last time I had contact with Theatre

I keep meaning to post updates, but how much "The kids are great but I really wish they'd take this class seriously and turn in their homework" and "Scared the tar out of the students with their preliminary midterm grades, but nope - most of them still bombed the next quiz" reporting can one flist take? Also, I never have time to watch TV (and what I do I have to download anyway), so I'm pretty loop-deficient.

Still, it's fun to read everyone else's commentary and happenings, and sometime soon, I'm sure, something noteworthy will happen and I'll break it down here! (Thanks for keeping me around, as it were!)
