I DID NOT HEAR THAT. Oh, man. That's not quite on the level with the RPS stuff, but it's pretty close. Huh. It is strange that I almost feel weirder about acknowledgement from text-based fandom media producers than I do from RPS subjects? Not in the feeling icky about it sense - that's all RPS, but in the sense of it setting off my warning bells about media fandom being visible to the mainstream. Hmmm. I think I just realized that I feel differently about the visibilty of RPS vs. FPS. I . . . probably need to think about it more to articulate. I promised you and Fod and email on that subject anyway!

That's really interesting, though. I mean, we always knew that Joss *knew,* but that kind of acknowledgement, that's a whole new level.
