The first line really gave me tingles - it's jsut the sort of thing I was imagining for this prompt.
I love the tiny hint of Alfred being an actor - it was arousing, not gonna lie.
Usually, I'm really not bothered when other characters show up in short USUK romance fics, because my attention is SO focused on Alfred and Arthur. But in this one, I really enjoyed seeing Alfred interact with his friends. (How did you know I love Lovino?!)
I especially loved the line: 'If Alfred was a puppy, he was a manipulative puppy that snuck up on you and was your friend before you even realised it.'
It really works for the classic image of Alfred I have in my head.
It was short but well-written - quality over quantity is best, after all.
Thank you again! I really liked it!

Good guess :) but I like Lovino as well so it was fun to write him. And for some reason, I really like writing him as friends with Alfred. I like writing friendship things inside romance fics so I figured it could only make the fic better.
I liked that line as well and yes, that's Alfred all over.
Thanks for the lovely comment!

Alfred's just so cute, no wonder Arthur likes him right away.^^
I really had to laugh when I read the part where Alfred asks Arthur about his job and his reaction. I really don't get what's so direct about asking about your job. But I read a book once that said Brits and maybe Americans too, can't remember that too well, think it is some really private matter or something. Arthur would probably be shocked about me. I would also ask complete strangers what they do for a living. XD
Sorry for babbling, I just had a really good time reading this.^^

Yeah, it's in the book 'Watching the English' which I'm doing a fic for (or rather America reading 'Watching the English'). The English don't directly ask that question, they hint around the subject and the other person picks on these hints and reveals a little bit about what they do for a living and then the other person gives some more hints and then the big revelation happens.
Don't worry, I'm a fan of babbling. :) Thank you so much for the comment!
