This past Saturday, I went to my first crawling competition. It lasted from 9am to 2pm. It was really fun. I now have the best farmer's tan that I have had in years, and I want a jeep even more now.

Yeah, me too. I didn't drive anything. I just watched the events while baking in the sun, took some pictures, and ate a mysterious hot dog with chili from a vendor.

So what is the competition? Time? How steep you can go? Looks fun as hell either way, but I don't think I'd want to be rushing around those things.

most people went pretty slow less then 5mph. You have to deflate your tires enough for them to wrap around the rocks some for good traction. The tires are very soft
