I meant to post this last night but got distracted. I wrote it up and thought I posted it but must have missed that crucial "post" step. My step dad is back from the hospital. He's not 100%, still having breathing problems & has issues with his blood, but he's at least home. Mom said he looks better than when he went in. His red blood cell ( Read more... )

Thank you. I went back and forth and thought I might be ok since it's public land but you're right, it's better to contact and ask. Could you please email me the form you have? If they come back and say it isn't necessary or that it's ok, should I still get them tod o the form or no? Or should I just email them, explain it all, attach the form & ask if they would fill it out anyway?

Cool, thank you very much. :) I can ask in the email if it's ok if I use some info in my book too and cover that "just in case".

Probably best for me to contact the person/group that published the booklet thingie I'm using some info from as well do you think? I'm lost and want to do everything right. :S
