I have also been remiss in: Not having replied yet to everyone who so kindly came to give feedback for my Normal Again 20in20 set; I will amend that if after the weekend. I really appreciate everyone's comments

I love these banners! I especially like the 3rd and 4th ones. On the first two, the frames don't seem to really add anything. That's the way I feel, anyway. They're still nifty, though.

And this is EXACTLY the kind of thing I need to hear thank you! (ok, technically read.) I had suspected as much with #2 especially. I just edited the post to add frameless versions under the cut. I kept the black border to #1 and I like it that way but the other I had a frameless version already.

I actually like the warm coloring of #3 better anyway. I don't think I got this "perfect" like the poster for soft and pink, or a poster for kwritten's fic I did recently. And maybe that's part of the difference - I love playing with variations because I learn but my best work is oftentimes done for a purpose (fic posters, challenge icons)

Remember when I wrote "I hope I'll never use your Normal Again icon" because of what it symbolizes? Well, I'm really sorry you're going through that. I wish I could help.

Personally I like when you keep things simple. I love the icon you're using now because it's very powerful on a meta level, but nothing is too much in it. There's color (For me is really important, color and its meaning) and there a powerful text. And most of all the crop is perfect because you focus on SMG's incredibly expressive eyes.

My favorite things of yours are always colorful. I really love the orange Becoming icon - I'm waiting to be strong to use it :D - and I like when you work with colors in banners (Especially warm colors). I also like close crop on faces because expressions and emotion through eyes are essential.

But, you know, my default icon now focuses on a gesture. So what? I think that there's no general rule when it comes to beauty. You just like something and you wear it because it feels good. So how can my advices be helpful?

Thank you very much, they were a lot of fun to make! BTW, I edited the first two to remove the frames per velvetwhip's suggestion and added them to the end of the post - I think they do look better without.

I voted in 20in20 when the polls first went up. This is definitely a round filled with brilliant and talented artists. So hard to choose!

So excited about kwritten's prompt meme. She's had a lot of wonderful suggestions so gar.
