(Technically, I wanted to put this up before but yesterday hit me pretty hard, but please enjoy.)

 My mom got the call this morning about my grandmother. We will be attending her funeral Tuesday through Thursday.

I went to see my grandma on her bed on Monday. She looked very sick and tired, and had a bit of trouble breathing, but she was hanging on very well and she can eat all of her food. Last afternoon, while coming home from work, my mom had called me and left a message on my cellphone, telling me about my grandmother wasn't feeling too well. She had pneumonia, and she's worsening by the minute, and in her age of 96, she's getting to the point as to not recognize anybody around her. Looks like most of my friends are not going to go to AC this year since many of the hotels have been booked, which means I won't be going either. Not to mention, Drake had to work in Ohio for another anime con, but alas, I have no money to go to either ( Read more... )

I'll be going to my yearly anime con with my friend, Drake, and his brother at Raliegh, NC this coming Thursday, and will be leaving sometime on Sunday. Come say hi, if you're a fursuiter, or I'll find you and give you a great big hug. ;)
